The MEDIAN Rehazentrum Daun offers in a scenic environment of the volcanic Eifel as one of the largest rehabilitation clinics in Germany 365 stationary treatment sites for psychosomatics and dependency diseases, an adaptation facility and an ambulance. holistic physical-rehabilitative diagnostics: You conduct extensive investigations, functional and motion analyses and evaluate apparatus findings (e.g., gear and equilibrium analyses, muscle force measurements). Planning and implementation of individual therapy programs: You develop tailor-made treatment plans with focus on manual therapy, medical gymnastics, electro, heat and hydrotherapy as well as shock wave and laser applications. Interdisciplinary coordination: In close coordination with colleagues from orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine and your therapy team (physio, ergo and sports therapists) you ensure a smooth treatment process. Management and supervision of the therapy team: You take over the professional leadership, organize training and supervision for therapists, therapists and nursing staff, and thus promote the continuous development of your area. Quality management and project work: You engage in clinical quality circles, optimize processes, participate in research and development projects and implement current guidelines in practice.

Approbation and specialist medical recognition Physical and rehabilitation medicine: You ideally bring first professional experience in a rehabilitation clinic or comparable institution. Knowledge of physical therapy: You have safe handling of manual techniques, apparatus procedures and evidence-based therapy planning. Organisational design and loadability: You also keep an overview in case of a high number of patients, structure priorities and manage complex treatment processes.
