Individually responsible creation, coordination and quality assurance of the monthly accounts incl. Review of the final accounts Significant co-responsibility for the preparation of the annual accounts according to HGB, including balance sheet, GuV and Annex Special responsibility for accounting, valuation and final issues (references, RAP, asset accounting) Responsibility for plant accounting incl. Voting, evaluation and depreciation in the final context Control and technical examination of Intercompany agreements and further calculations Responsibility for payment transactions and cash-relevant voting in the monthly financial statements Compilation and technical examination of the USt-Pre-Registrations as well as summary reports (ZM) Central specialist contact for tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders Active role in the further development and standardization of the final processes (e.g. Fast Close, Automation, System Optimization) Close coordination with the group accounting system in the context of the monthly and annual financial statements, including clarification of balance sheet-related issues and intercompany topics

Subject Very well-founded knowledge of the completion according to HGB; IFRS Benefits Deep understanding of accounting, assessment and conclusion Very good knowledge of the mapping of provisions, demarcations and plant accounting Secure basic tax knowledge (including sales tax & intercompany) High ERP affinity and sound knowledge in the application of SAP S/4Hana Very good Excel features Good knowledge of English Qualifications Completed commercial training with further training on the balance sheet holder:in or Studies in Business Administration / Economics with focus on accounting Additional qualifications in accounting Professional experience Multiannual (i.e. R. 5+ years) Accounting Experience with Clear Accounting Detectable experience in the independent production of monthly accounts Experience in the annual accounts and audit management Ideally experience in PE-guided platforms or international environment
