Master's degree in economics, (economic) engineering, economic law, business psychology or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in a management consultancy in the field of change management or as a change or transformation manager in the industry Ideally completed coaching training as well as experience in business coaching Excellent readiness to travel (travel activities in Germany and abroad) and very good English skills; further language skills are advantageous
