You want to: Processing and Solution of Support Requests in 1st and 2nd Level Support

Acceptance and Priority of Incidents and Service Requests (Ticket System)

Support in error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software

On-site support at the Friedrichshafen site (2 days per week)

Device, exchange and maintenance of devices (notebooks, smartphones, periphery)

Support for rollouts, updates and IT projects

Communication with international users (remote & on site)

Documentation of solutions and care of the Knowledge Base

We wish: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable course

First experiences in IT support or helpdesk of advantage

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems as well as Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Active Directory or comparable tools

Very good German and good English skills

Service-oriented, structured and reliable operation

Team skills and pleasure in handling users

Ready for 2 days on-site support per week in Friedrichshafen
