You also keep an overview when many deliveries, forwardings and appointments need to be coordinated at the same time? You work structured, you like to communicate with internal and external contacts and make sure that our customers receive their goods on time? Your job In this role, you make sure that our customers are supplied with manufactured goods on time. You coordinate transports, communicate with forwardings, drivers, customers and internal areas and ensure a clean handling in the goods management system. The main issues include: Termination and tracking of transport orders in Germany and abroad, including required customs processing Avise deliveries using relevant specialist portals Collection of transport orders, warehouses and pallets in the CBS system Communication interface between sales service, purchasing, warehouse/delivery, production and external partners such as designers and forwarders Coordination of freight forwarders and couriers Pallet management and management of pallet accounts Control of transport permits and related documents Documentation of load securing and handling of the drivers Control of freight bills Completion and retrieval at the customer Support for annual inventory, including collection and physical samples Responsibility for order and cleanliness and compliance with statutory and internal work, health, hygiene and environmental regulations

Your profile: A completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of disposition, ideally in a manufacturing company A detailed, proper, conscientious and independent way of working Communication strength, service orientation and flexibility A structured working style and organizational talent Safe handling of MS Office programs Good knowledge of English is advantageous You live our values: responsible, demanding, trustworthy, predictive and enduring
