Then this place is the right one for you: Responsible for compliance with material-specific guidelines and regulations on topics such as RoHS, REACH or conflict minerals Evaluation of new products regarding material compliance requirements Monitoring and interpretation of relevant national and international laws, standards and guidelines as well as customer-specific requirements regarding the material compliance guidelines Perceiving the information requirements of the ECHA European Chemicals Agency Close cooperation with the departments Quality Management, Product Management, Development, Purchasing and Sales Collection, testing and management of material declarations, conformity declarations, safety data sheets and further compliance evidence from suppliers Assessment and approval of material and material information regarding regulatory requirements Conducting risk analyses with regard to legal changes and their impact on products, materials and supply chains Accompanying product changes and support in substitution of critical or future regulated substances Participation in the definition and continuous improvement of processes, standards and key figures in material compliance management Ensuring the timely fulfilment of statutory reporting obligations

Completed studies in engineering, material science, environmental management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the field of material compliance management Joy in dealing with regulations and laws and their application Knowledge of REACH, RoHS, SCIP, POP, TSCA, PFAS, CMRT and EMRT Experience with compliance platforms (e.g. IMDS, BOMcheck) and ERP systems Quality Management and Project Management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Solution-oriented thinking and responsible and structured working Impressive analytical skills and high data affinity Communication strength, enforcement capacity and intercultural competence
