Regional Material Group Manager (m/f/d)

Your challenge: Responsibility for the definition and implementation of regional material group and supplier strategies within the European purchasing region in coordination with global material group management Coordination and management of suppliers and negotiations of framework contracts/LTAs Coordination and preparation of planning and forecasting Coordination and Management of the RFQ and Sourcing Decision Process Support in analysis of the sourcing pipeline, coordination of supplier selection with Commodity Buyers and in coordination with global material group management Active analysis of the supplier base in the region and showing measures for regional supplier panel management risk management for the responsible suppliers; active monitoring of risk indicators and the introduction of appropriate measures in the event of identified risks

Your profile: Education: Completed economic studies, preferably with the focus on material management or alternatively a specialist training, e.g. to the specialist, technician, etc. Professional experience: comprehensive professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the automotive sector The necessary knowledge and skills may also have been acquired in other ways.

Expertise: Knowledge in SAP R3/4Hana Safe handling of MS Office Business Warehouse / CIM database knowledge of advantage
