They have completed commercial training, ideally focusing on the banking or leasing sector. They have already gained initial practical experience in the areas of leasing, renting and financing. Their communication capability is characterized by commitment and solution orientation, both in handling external customers and traders as well as internal contact persons. They bring knowledge of the acceptance, management and assessment of collateral. A high level of customer orientation as well as the ability to adapt flexibly to different customer groups and their individual needs round off.
