Ensuring compliance with the defined process “order processing” in the responsibility area with the department manager Supply Chain Management/Supply Supporting selected key accounts (strategic and operational) Operational support of the team at bottlenecks Target and result-oriented leadership and further development of the Customer Service Center department Responsibility for the definition, agreement and implementation of group objectives via KPI's to employees Optimization and control of workflows and processes to ensure target achievement in the Customer Service Center Creating and evaluating statistics and deriving targeted measures Construction and maintenance of a modern Master Data Structure together with the SAP team Support for export issues

Commercial training (industry, wholesale and foreign trade) m/w/d with specialist training in customer service or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in comparable fields of activity Professional handling of the SAP modules SD; SAP modules FI/CO, MM, PP, WM – Experience desirable Professional handling of all MS Office applications incl. Power Point German and English knowledge in word and writing Initiative and independence, analytical and structured working methods, care General orientation and strategic thinking Communication capability, enforcing ability Experience with exports Current, positive police certificate (required for air cargo of acquainted consignor)
