As Senior Consultant (Insurance) Mathematics (m/w/d), you analyze the complex risks of the insurance business in the team and make it controllable independently by the application of mathematical models - so you contribute to strategic decisions.

Modelling: Deterministic and stochastic forecasts develop and expand. You use algorithms for data analysis, in particular machine learning and data analytics. Variety: Complex questions from insurance mathematics are solved along the entire academic value chain, including partial project responsibility. Innovation: In risk management, pricing and underwriting, you develop self-existing modeling approaches to support insurance customers. Expertise: M&A processes, restructuring and re-establishment of financial services companies are responsible for your expertise. Communication: Actively and autonomously, you shape strategic initiatives and focus topics and represent our company in the market.

Completion in (economic) mathematics, physics or comparable scientific-technical study course, gladly with doctorate 2 years of professional experience in a consulting company or in a corresponding position in an insurance or financial services company First practical experience in programming, data analysis or machine learning, as well as in handling software, e.g. R, SQL, Python, SAS or Java Pleasure of project work with various customers from the financial sector, high level of self-employment, commitment, communicative skills and solution orientation readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
