You do not run a restaurant – you curate experiences. With fingertips, leadership quality and a decent portion of host gene you make sure that every encounter, every dish and every service moment sits. From fine dining to room service: you are the constant force behind the performance. You take over the operating management in the restaurant, at events and in the room service You are host: in style and realize what guests need before You say it You work closely with the kitchen, develop menus and drinks and pay attention to pleasure, quality & concept You guide your team with clarity, motivation and a sense for the individual You control standards, hygiene requirements and procedures Manage storage, purchasing and budget with commercial views and a sense of efficiency You'll get involved: at events, in marketing, with new ideas and actively shape the future of our gastronomy

You have experience in restaurant or event management, ideally in the upscale lifestyle segment You lead with heart and attitude and indeed implement a strong service thinking You know about costs, sales, storage, and meet decisions with vision You have passion for food, drinks and design, bring fresh input when it comes to trends You work strategically, think solution-oriented even if it becomes turbulent You take responsibility and want to help shape, not only manage You speak fluent German and English, each other language is a beautiful bonus
