Own auditing, processing and approving credit and loan applications – especially from self-employed persons and legal persons – within the framework of the credit policy competence you have transferred credit assessment and assessment of borrowers, including sound analysis of annual accounts and economic evaluations Personal advice from our customers and business partners for the new and existing business in construction financing, including offerings (telephone, written or online by video) Technical support of customer advisors and complete response of all requests that reach us by business partners and direct customers Solution-oriented processing of customer / business partner complaints Cooperation in projects, e.g. in the context of quality assurance and continuous improvement of digital processes

Completed training as a banking businessman – happy with further training as a banking specialist – or completion of a commercial study with a corresponding focus As an alternative: tax training, for example as a tax specialist or comparable training, as well as experience in tax consulting or auditing Multiannual professional experience and very good knowledge in the construction and construction finance business Very good knowledge of the general market and competitive situation Secure communication on the phone with a clear understanding of a winning, empathic conversation Routinized handling of the required IT applications (MS Office, BARS, in-house applications) Standing for occasional travel and seminar activities Flexibility to match your working hours according to our service times, and of course a good portion of team spirit
