Specialist Business Integration & Optimization (m/f/d)

You are responsible for organizing and monitoring the smooth implementation of our customer business. You are the link between sales, production and service departments. You support the optimisation of existing business in compliance with economic, qualitative and customer-oriented aspects. You are responsible for the data quality and optimization of the master data. You carry out customer training in eLogistics and create the training documentation. You are the contact person for customers in implementation and accompany sales to customer appointments. You create customer and consignment evaluations as a basis for decision-making and work for the sales and production departments. You are responsible for coordinating process optimization including planning, implementation and monitoring .

You have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You are characterized by English knowledge in level B2. You provide several years of professional experience in the field of project management. You possess an analytical way of thinking and process knowledge in logistics.
