The common annual purchase volume is more than 1.7 million hectolitres of multi-use drinks. Purchasing/annual talks: Pre- and post-processing of the supplier annual talks in coordination with the respective buyer Remuneration bills to suppliers and to our affiliated distributors Budget management and planning in coordination with the respective buyer Maintenance of product prices and supplier conditions in the IT system Marketing planning in coordination with the respective buyer and supplier Call and Planning of Supplier Exchanges Creating and evaluating statistics Contact for our affiliated traders (written/telephone) Correspondence with suppliers (written/telephone)

Trade Fair and Action Management: Comprehensive processing and billing of trade fairs, advertising cost grants (WKZ) and knife shadows. Coordination of goods orders for customer actions.

Conditions and commission billing: creation and maintenance of price calculations, index sheets and article data. Controlling the goods bills. Creation, processing and monitoring of account, commission and repayment accounts.

Own mark and product administration: Administrative processing of own mark orders and export deliveries (Italy). Monitoring of own brands and procurement Maintenance of product data, EAN numbers and labels. Processing of complaints to proprietary brands.

Completed commercial training. First professional experience in the commercial field, also professional beginners after training or studies Embossed numerical understanding Safe handling of MS Excel and common office systems. Self-employed, structured and service-oriented working. Good knowledge of German in word and writing Knowledge and interest in beverages and the beverage industry
