Betriebstechniker Technical Building Management m/w/d

Your tasks:

• Support for energy and media supply systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems and heating systems
• Planning and organisation of investment and maintenance/maintenance projects
• Organizing maintenance and testing to maintain production and auxiliary installations
• Project management in the field of techn. Building management
• Energy support and energy optimization
• Introduction of storage measures in case of malfunctions and coordination with the respective interfaces
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and collection of necessary permits
• Creation and implementation of safety analyses and risk management tasks

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of energy/supply/electrical technology, process engineering or a comparable degree course
• Professional experience in this area is desirable
• Self-employment in identifying problem areas and finding alternative holistic solutions as well as a trained analytical capability
• A structured, independent and reliable operation
• An open and friendly personality who likes to work in interdisciplinary teams
