We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the promotion of training. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. With more than 9,000 apartments, the Housing Division provides affordable accommodation for students. We build and operate these housing in commercial and technological terms. It is used in our residential complex in Rosenheim, Marienberger Straße 36–40, 83024 Rosenheim. Controlling technology: You monitor and operate the domestic and safety systems independently. Coordinator (m/w/d): You control and control external service providers as well as our internal cleaning team. Security and order: You are in good hands on the implementation of the regulations and the fire protection and safety directives. Practical all-rounder (m/w/d): you take over classic housekeeping activities (small repairs, warts, outdoor care and transportation). Quality check: In the case of extracts, take the rooms of our residents professionally. Flexibility and commitment: You support us in the winter service and in the readiness to call (even at the end of the week and on celebration days) - of course extra-remunerated. If necessary, you can provide flexible services to different residential areas.

A completed technical or technical training (e.g. plant mechanics, heating, plumbing, metal processing or a comparable qualification) is desirable. Working methods: You work independently, reliably and also keep a cool head in stressful situations. Team spirit is of course for you. Communication strength: In dealing with residents and service providers, you will be friendly, open and at the same time strong. Language and PC: You communicate safely in German (in word and writing). Basic knowledge of English and how to use the PC complete your profile. Mobility: You have a class B (or 3) licence.
