THE RECOMMENDATION In order to strengthen our leadership team in customer service, we are looking for an experienced management personality with a strong competence in managing operational customer service units for the Team Customer Service Performance II at the Hannover site. You take over a team in the midst of a challenging further development of our organization and ensure that customer orientation, performance and value-adding cooperation are equally focused. We are especially concerned with your leadership experience: You give orientation, create commitment and develop people and performance consistently. You take over the disciplinary and personal leadership of your team and create clear framework conditions in which your employees can work successfully and develop. You control the performance of your team consistently on the basis of relevant KPIs and quality indicators and take specific measures. You have accessibility and telephone service quality as well as quality, productivity and sustainable customer orientation and bring these requirements to a good balance. You provide effective operational control in day-to-day business, set priorities and create transparency over targets, expectations and results. You actively accompany your team through change processes, provide orientation and ensure that changes are implemented not only organizationally but in everyday working life. You work closely with the professional experts in the team. In doing so, you create a clear role distribution between professional expertise and personal leadership and use the existing expertise specifically for the further development of the team. You establish a leadership culture that combines clarity and consistency with respectful cooperation at eye level. Together with relevant interfaces, you optimize workflows and processes and actively contribute your experience from operating service organisations to our further development.

THE MATERIALS You have multi-year leadership experience in an operating customer service or service organization, for example in a contact center, customer service, customer operations or a comparable environment. You have experience in the number-based management of teams and understand how to combine performance, quality and customer orientation. You have successfully led teams through change processes and also give orientation and security in challenging situations. You lead clearly, bindingly and at eye level, make decisions and also discuss difficult issues constructively. You have a strong social competence and conflictability and a structured and analytical way of working. Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Your leadership experience and your willingness to work quickly into the special features of legal protection insurance are crucial.
