You are responsible for the maintenance of construction projects in the field of fire protection/dumbling. You are responsible for the entire project from order clarification, offer, contract negotiation, budget planning to settlement to completion. You document all work steps according to the guidelines and specifications. As a communications talent, you conduct and manage project participants and take care of the coordination and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.

You have completed a training from craftsmanship or construction and ideally a further education to master or technician. Alternatively, you have studied from a suitable area. You bring construction site experience from the areas of dry construction, construction, turnkey construction and the like. Experiences from fire protection are a plus point - but we will gladly teach you everything you need to know. You complete your profile with communication strength, reliability and team skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
