You offer optimal solutions for all topics related to heating cost accounting and sell them actively. You advise our stakeholders on their concerns and answer questions about the entire product and service portfolio of ista. You participate in the implementation of campaigns in in- and outbound and contribute significantly to the growth of the company through additional services sold. You communicate professionally with our customers – orally on the phone and in writing by email and letter. You keep an eye on open processes and take care of your personal data.

You are communicative, possessed by a strong sales talent, convince by the strength of implementation and are motivated to learn new things. You have completed training or, ideally, several years of experience in telephone sales or in new customer acquisitions. You have experience in offerings, can reliably track offers and will safely handle MS Office and CRM systems. You master the German language in word and writing at the native language level, in particular in the case of declaration-intensive material behavior. You are ideally bringing together knowledge from the housing industry – a plus, but not necessarily necessary. You have a pronounced communication capability, masters demand analyses and migrant treatments, and also remains sovereign in challenging conversation situations.
