Property Manager - Tradespeople / Building Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the maintenance of the entire outdoor facilities – from green area maintenance (races, hedges) to maintenance of paths and accesses. You carry out minor repair, maintenance and assembly work in and on our properties to ensure their perfect condition. You carry out regular checks to check the condition of the objects and reliably perform seasonal tasks such as the winter service. You control and accompany the use of external craft companies and document all the work done for a complete follow-up. You support the creation of apartments and business apartments after hire changes and work in final cleaning.

You have a craft training or relevant professional experience, e.g. in garden and landscape construction or in a comparable craftsmanship. Thanks to your craftsmanship and technical understanding, you can also carry out small repairs, assembly and maintenance work on buildings and outdoor facilities. Your operation is independent, structured and reliable, always with an eye for details and possible deficiencies. You communicate friendlyly and safely in German with tenants and service providers and document your work with basic PC skills. A valid driving licence of class B is absolutely necessary for the care of the various objects.
