Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen In your role, you are a:r of the responsible purchasing managers:inside for the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) concept at Bosch and manage the shopping activities in your account. They develop and implement purchasing strategies in conjunction with strategic procurement methods to create the highest possible competition, best possible profit and quality. Ensuring a timely procurement of the necessary performances as well as the technical (non-discipline) coordination of specialist buyers: inside the regions is also one of your tasks. In addition, you are responsible for the strategic management of supplier management (suppliers-mentor:in, account), corresponding sourcing/delivery processes and for the implementation of defined standard processes (Procure2Pay) in the area of responsibility. They contribute to international grouping activities and manage global projects in the material field. Here you can get involved with your strategic impulses. Last but not least, thanks to your expertise, you act as a sovereign representative for the departments and are happy to advise them on issues relating to contracts (MSA, LSA), procurement and related processes in accordance with internal guidelines.

Education: completed university studies in the business sector Field of construction or comparable, architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable degree course experiences and know-how: multi-year experience in strategic purchasing; IFM/TFM expertise in commercial and/or technical processing; experience in project management and/or leadership in the intercultural environment; in-depth knowledge in the right of work and construction contract as well as good market understanding in the construction industry within and outside Europe; very good know-how in the negotiation management including strategic award methods; Knowledge of IT and process landscape (e.g. SAP, AVA systems of advantage) Personality and working methods: They are characterized by a sovereign appearance and communicate open, flexible and target-group-oriented, across all hierarchy levels; They are resilient and strong; They work structured; Your entrepreneurial thinking in the international environment distinguishes you; They bring strong team spirit and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation with Enthusiasm: The use of AI as well as the cooperation in the design of new holistic IT tools for our business area awakens your interest and enthuses you Languages: very good German and English in word and writing According to our regulations, the gross annual salary for this body is at least EUR 117,000 for a 40h week (for a full employment year and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
