• Responsibility and ensuring all operational processes in close coordination with the location management

• Discipline and professional management of shift and team management, and, where appropriate, the commercial sector, as well as responsibility, motivation and promotion of employees in the framework of training measures to maintain and improve service quality

• Implementation of a number-based and demand-based personnel and resource planning

• Ensuring compliance with KPIs while respecting the requirements of quality and process management and further development according to customer requirements

• Design and active participation in the continuous optimization of processes based on Lean Six Sigma

• Completed training and/or studies with the focus on logistics or comparable qualification

• Multiannual well-founded professional and management experience within contract logistics / warehouse logistics as well as empirical handling of colleagues

• Strong analytical skills, e.g. in the evaluation of performance indicators and the definition of measures

• Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with high self-motivation and reliability

• Ability to act successfully with Passion in very dynamic, rapidly changing environments

• German and good English knowledge in word and writing
