As Project Manager After Sales (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

As a project manager /in after sales you are responsible for the holistic execution of service projects, with a special focus on reconstructions and on-site operations. They act as a central contact for your projects, regularly inform about the current project status and are in a proactive exchange with our customers. The organization and coordination of the on-site operations of our service technicians is in your hands. This includes the planning, preparation and accompanying support during the deployments, where you will assist the technicians. Through continuous project controlling, you will ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness by always keeping in mind costs, quality and appointments. Another important part of your activity is the independent processing and tracking of orders via the ERP and CRM system to ensure a smooth operation. They have completed technical training supplemented by a further training to the technician or have a technical study (e.g. mechanical engineering). Alternatively, you will bring a technical training with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of service or commissioning in mechanical engineering. Their work is characterized by high customer orientation and a solution-oriented and interdisciplinary approach, which will help you to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They are safe in handling the current MS Office applications and have practical experience in their use. With your very good knowledge of German and English, you communicate in everyday life as well as in occasional international business trips.
