Be part of our success story and shape the future of building infrastructure with us – responsible, efficient and sustainable Your tasks at a glance: Maintenance & inspection: You ensure the operational readiness of our technical building infrastructure through regular inspection, maintenance and maintenance measures. Technical installations: You are responsible for the operation as well as the coordination of air conditioning and ventilation systems, accompany professional elevator systems and supervise sprinkler and gas quenching systems. Planning & Coordination: You plan, monitor and organize technical measures to ensure trouble-free operation of the building infrastructure. Trouble analysis & measures: You support the analysis of technical disturbances, systematically track errors and initiate appropriate measures to remedy them. Cooperation & Service Provider Control: You are the central contact person for external service providers and maintenance companies and ensure a timely and quality-oriented implementation. Documentation & Compliance: You document maintenance, testing and maintenance work and ensure compliance with legal, technical and internal requirements. Optional – depending on the qualification: You coordinate statutory audits (e.g. ZÜS, BetrSichV) and coordinate maintenance measures with internal interfaces.

This brings you – technology meets responsibility Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Basic knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA), in particular air conditioning and ventilation technology, elevator or extinguishing systems Understanding technical regulations, safety and testing regulations Structured, reliable and independent operation Organisational and communication strength in handling internal contact persons and external service providers Very good MS-Office knowledge
