Psychiatrists and psychotherapists, nurses, ergo and physiotherapists care for the patients and work hand in hand. You still miss our team in full time as a nursing director for station, day clinic and stalls (m/w/d)

You coordinate the tasks of station, day clinic and the team of station-equivalent “home treatment” in cooperation with the medical field You bring your creativity into the further development of the treatment offerings and your expertise in maintaining the station concepts You coordinate the care process and control the care documentation and planning Communication and cooperation with complementary areas are among your tasks The implementation and coordination of practical projects are part of your activity

You have a training in care and a completed training to the station management or have the willingness to do so Ideally, you already have experience as a station line You have a professional and need-oriented approach to patients and their relatives
