Leadership and operational and strategic development of MVZ companies in the region (Baden-Württemberg, Hesse) Takeover of the co-management of the MVZ and close cooperation with local employees and coordination of cooperation with the company headquarters Assessment of performance, performance and personnel statistics as well as other evaluations and discussion about it with the MVZ / Medical Directors as well as derivation and implementation of action needs Personal planning, employee management and development Management of projects for process optimization and implementation of new systems Conception and introduction of standards, especially for digitalization projects and quality management Support for add-on acquisitions in due diligence (on operational topics) Expansion of the network through events such as practical manager workshops or the like Identification and further development of synergy effects

Complete studies, preferably with focus on health management, BWL, VWL, Public Health or Medicine At least 5 years of professional experience in German health care, especially in outpatient care structures Leadership experience and experience in building and developing organizational units, preferably in the medical field Analytical and problem-solving skills and a holistic understanding of the organization of a medical care center Experience with digitalization projects in healthcare desirable Proactive and independent thinking and action Knowledge in MS-Office Communication strength with very good German knowledge
