CNC Milling Machine (m/w/d) (m/w/d)

As CNC milling cutters or CNC lathes (m/w/d) are responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC lathes or 5-axis CNC milling machines for producing precise series parts according to drawings and customer specifications.

CNC milling cutter / CNC lathe (m/w/d)

• Responsibility for programming, setting and operating CNC lathes or 5-axis CNC milling machines for producing precise series parts according to drawings and customer specifications.
• Reading and implementing technical drawings, selecting tools, performing measurement checks.
• Documenting work results.
• Ensuring consistently high quality.
• Corrections to programs.
• Close cooperation with the production and operation management.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification as well as well as well-founded experience in programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes or 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Safe handling of CNC controls, ideally Siemens, including programming skills on the machine as well as tool and clamping means selection.
• Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurement protocols as well as experience in quality testing with common measuring instruments. *Expressed quality awareness, careful and independent working, team skills.
