Quality Analyst (m/w/d) Team Quality in Business Information

The team:

Good business needs good decisions – and good decisions need strong data. This is precisely where our “Team Quality” is based. We make real value creation from raw information by providing complete, consistent and resilient data. This will enable us to maintain and continuously improve our information products. Because we are market leaders and want to stay!

Analysis and evaluation of data for the evaluation and optimization of product quality. Creation of reports, dashboards and analyses (e.g. with IBM Cognos) for decision support. Identification of quality gaps and implementation of appropriate improvement measures. Further development, standardization and documentation of quality-relevant processes. Preparation and presentation of analysis results as well as feedback to professionals and quality managers. Creation of work instructions for the processing of economic information according to uniform standards.

Complete business studies or comparable qualifications with multi-year professional experience. Very good German knowledge (at least C2) as well as pronounced analytical thinking and quality awareness. Experience in data analysis, reporting or quality management, ideally with IBM Cognos. Safe handling of KPIs and complex data, combined with the ability to prepare and present results in a comprehensible manner. Communication-strong team player with understanding for business processes in an agile environment.
