(Nahverkehr/Fernverkehr intra-German) In Walsrode our new and state-of-the-art logistics center is being built. On an area of more than 50,000 m2, the two areas of responsibility of a clothing and processing centre are centralized. The business processes extend from receipt of goods, quality testing, storage, commissioning, goods exit and also include processing (purification and repair). For a highly efficient handling, a pocket sorter as well as an automatic cardboard storage are also put into operation in addition to a sliding gait system. Planning and coordination of transport orders taking into account customer requirements, capacities and schedules Implementation of the operational shipping process including the creation of freight documents, delivery notes and customs documents Communication and coordination with freight forwarders, freight carriers and other logistics service providers for the organisation and handling of transports Monitoring of shipment tracking and ensuring scheduled delivery Processing of transport complaints and damage cases in close cooperation with customer support and quality management Maintenance and updating of transport data and master data in the transport management system and in the BwBM system Support in optimizing transport routes and processes to increase efficiency and cost savings Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines in the field of transport and shipping Administrative support and operational contact for truck drivers/delivery drivers package at the location

Complete vocational training in the field of forwarding, transport logistics or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in transport control, shipping processing or logistics Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications and ideally experience with transport management systems Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations Communication strength and team capacity as well as customer-oriented and service-oriented thinking and acting Self-employed, structured and reliable operation Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
