We are an innovative and agile team of currently eight colleagues and looking for an IT project manager (m/w/d) with the focus on test management, which enriches our team and drives innovative projects together with us, as well as the opportunity to develop its expertise in an exciting environment.

These are your tasks

• Planning, organisation, cooperation and implementation of IT projects
• inventory and analysis of internal IT-based business processes
• Developing concepts and solutions to improve and standardise IT-based business processes, including all stakeholders
• Development of requirement artifacts using SCRUM based work model or classic project methods
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and reporting on project status and progress
• Planning, organization and execution of tests including definition of test strategies and plans
• Coordination of the various test activities in cooperation with internal and external teams
• Ensure the quality and traceability of all test processes, including the creation and maintenance of test documentation
• Analysis and optimization of existing test processes

That's what you bring

• Studies in Business Informatics or completed training as a specialist in data and process analysis as well as at least three years of professional experience in IT Project Management
• Very good knowledge of the methods and tools of IT project management
• High IT affinity and comprehensive IT knowledge
• Embossed team skills in an agile environment with joy in cooperation in interdisciplinar teams
• High organizational competence *Expressed analytical and systematic thinking, high quality awareness and solution-oriented work
• Experiences in the field of test management, especially with Xray, are of advantage
• Experience in handling various software systems (own development vs standard solution) and their integration into test processes
• Interest in the further development of test processes and standards as part of a comprehensive test management
• Very good German knowledge
