In order to support our team in the B2 Planning Buildings department, we are looking for you as a specialist in planning structures (m/w/d).

Own-sponsored planning of complex new construction, expansion and conservation measures for engineering works according to the performance phases 1 to 7 of the HOAI. Creation and coordination of designs, approval planning and execution and tender documents for demanding construction projects. Call for tenders, procurement, control and contractual coordination of complex planning and engineering services by bound engineering offices. Ensuring the technical and legal compliance of all measures through close coordination with internal trade unions and external bodies of public interest. Coordination, technical examination and coordination of pre-planning, design and execution planning, including the enforcement of necessary improvements. Continuous control, monitoring and compliance of the specified project dates and the associated cost budgets

Complete university studies as a Dipl.-Ing. Univ./Master in the field of civil engineering with a deepening direction of construction engineering or comparable knowledge, skills and corresponding professional experience. Founded professional experiences in the specific field of construction planning and construction engineering. In-depth knowledge of the relevant technical regulations, standards and guidelines (including HVA-F, HOAI, HVA-B, VOB/A, VOB/B, RE-ING, RAB-ING, RIZ-ING, ZTV‐ING, TL/TP-ING, ASB-ING, VgV, FStrG). Skills and knowledge of German language in word and writing at a sound level (at least C1 level according to CEFR). Ownership of the Class B licence, the willingness to operate a utility vehicle and a marked readiness to travel within the branch.

That would be desirable: In-depth, user knowledge of the industry-specific specialist software iTWO. User knowledge of the industry-specific specialist software SIB-BW Experience in the legally compliant award and support of engineering contracts. Good general DV knowledge in the programs of common standard software (Microsoft Office).
