CONCEPT BAU GmbH is a subsidiary of the French group BASSAC SA. You take responsibility for the construction management, testing and billing of construction services in the building with a focus on housing construction, including turnkey handover to the end customer: You control the quality, time and cost of construction projects You carry out on-site visits You check plans and performance directories for completeness and plausibility You control the plants and service providers on site and ensure uniform process processes You carry out continuous target-actual comparisons of the project stand and are the first: for craft companies, experts, authorities, utilities and customers:

You have completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture a comparable technical training You have several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in housing construction in the construction management or in construction management You have a class B licence You know the accident prevention regulations on construction sites You are safe and have negotiation skills with construction companies and subcontractors: You have a pronounced cost awareness and work independently, systematically and well organized You are routined in dealing with MS Office, have good German skills and enrich as motivated:r team player:in our team
