Strategic accompaniment: Advising executives in personnel planning and recruiting, as well as in personnel and follow-up development - in line with the collective and legal frameworks Dialogue at eye level: Leading development talks, shifts or disciplinary discussions Change Management: Active support in organisational changes and support in the implementation of personal measures Expert role: Control of job evaluations, information in specialist areas on personal policy issues and representation of measures Successfully completed Master or Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable discipline At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources Knowledge of labour law, company law and collective bargaining law German and English skills
