Head of Project Management / Project Control Construction (m/f/d)

You have planned, controlled or successfully implemented complex large-scale projects and will have to contribute their knowledge in the future where long-term quality, social relevance and ambitious leadership count? Where framework conditions need to be created, give ordering, create clear struc­tures, make resilient decisions and ensure that complex projects are implemented within clearly defined budget and deadlines. You are responsible for the overall human, technical and organizational responsibility for the field with around 45 employees. You represent the GMSH and compete professionally against internal and external partners, authorities and contractors. You coordinate and control the construction tasks of the Federal Government, the Federal Agency for Immo­bilee Tasks (BImA) and other federal contractors. You are responsible for the budget, including financial and financial planning and controlling. You shall ensure the implementation of the projects in a timely and costly manner and shall ensure the compliance of legal and operational requirements in your area of responsibility. You continue to develop structures, standards and processes in a strategic way, creating the basis for efficient and customer-oriented performance.

Scientific studies in the field of architecture / civil engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable engineering science course with construction; as an alternative: completed study of FH/ Bachelor's degree with one-stop experience in corresponding professional activities Long-term experience with complex large-scale projects – for example in planning, project management, on the building site or in responsible execution function Improved ability to safely control demanding projects with many stakeholders, large budgets and high public awareness Leadership experience or relevant experience in the management of larger teams and project organisations Sovereign occurrence, decision-making strength and diplomatic handling skills Class B driving licence and provision of services within Schleswig-Holstein Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sampling period
