For our location Steinheim am Albuch we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Quality planning (QVP / APQP) in the context of project development and in the context of series changes • assess and track quality pre-planning activities at the supplier (P-FMEA, machine and process capabilities, measuring capability, process flow plan / production steering plan, packaging equipment, etc.) • scheduling and tracking of the QVP milestones (VDA maturity assurance) and sampling template by the supplier in line with project requirements • coordination and coordination of sampling releases in cooperation with the design and/or Development department • Responsible for sealing patterns and signing patterns by suppliers for mass production of projects • Responsible for tracking the performance of the customer website and collecting the customer's performance data • Responsible for the creation of Q alerts and their forwarding to the corresponding factories when customer complaints occur • Responsible for the organization of the analysis, improvement, persecution and submission of the corresponding 8D report on customer complaints after the mass production of the project; and the organization of the 8D audit of the customer • Responsible for the processing of complaints and quality claims after the sale and other accounting questions • Participation in the regular meetings of the Quality Assurance Department (weekly and monthly)

Your profile

• „Finished technical studies or technical training with further training to the technician (m/w/d)“ • Training in quality assurance / quality management • Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance and/or of a metalworking industry, preferably in the automotive sector • Safe handling of quality techniques and systems (FMEA,SPC, Pareto, 5W;QVP.) • 8D Processing / Advertising • Knowledge ISO9001 and IATF16949 • knowledge of customer-specific requirements of the automotive industry • Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools • knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (for example: product liability, ECE, CCC, DOT) and the VDA volumes • Safe for negotiation English • Knowledge of customer-specific requirements of the automotive industry
