In the Sander Pflege GmbH team, trainees and specialists from various countries work. We and our people entrusted to us appreciate this diversity. We want the new team members from abroad (e.g. India, Kosovo, Kenya) to be treated as competent and cordially as possible especially in the first months of their arrival in Germany.

• Contact person and trust person for questions and small problems in everyday life (e.g. budget management)
• Support for administrative procedures (e.g. visa or registration certificate)
• Accompanied with everyday tasks (e.g. shopping, public transport, doctor visit)
• Link between them and the personnel department, care facility and practical instructions
• Helper in integration into the team and the community

• You are a creator with organizational skills and pragmatic solutions
