We are looking for a:n Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Focus on wage and salary accounting M|W|D, 100% STELLE (39h week)

Own implementation of the complete pay and salary accounting of Mainau GmbH and related companies taking into account the relevant aspects such as social security, taxation and contribution transfer Accounting of operating pensions and coordination with external organisations Compilation of accounting data for reporting in the field of personnel Implementation of travel cost accounting Support for occupational pension provision and preparation of various certificates (work, housing allowances, parental allowances and work certificates) Account-relevant administrative activities for the in-house rentals

Successfully completed commercial training or a study in the field of human resources, business management or comparable focus Multiannual professional experience in wage and salary accounting and personnel Knowledge of labour, social security and tax law Organizational talent, independent working and strong communication skills Safe handling of common accounting and administration programs (preferably Varial World Edition, Persis) as well as very good knowledge in MS Office
