Number: MER00048VG Do you want to actively shape the future of automotive sales and participate in one of the most strategic transformation projects of Mercedes-Benz? You have an international orientation? Are flexible, are you happy to work in the team as well as independently? Then you are right with us! In the “Retail of the Future” project, we align our previous Mercedes-Benz Cars sales business model with the future requirements and find new innovative ways to meet them. The focus is on the further development of a pioneering digital sales model that actively shapes the change in automotive sales. These include, among other things, the consistent focus on customer needs, the development of innovative business models and the strengthening of the positioning of Mercedes-Benz as a luxury brand. Sweden, Austria and Germany were our first European rollout markets and serve as a pilot for cooperation with other market companies and the development of a blueprint concept for further European markets (such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, etc.). For this challenging sales topic, we offer you the opportunity to introduce yourself to the exciting environment and to advance together with us. We are looking for your active support for our team from January/February 2026. Your tasks in detail: You actively work on forward-looking sales topics and support the design and development of digitally integrated sales processes and new sales systems for Mercedes-Benz Showrooms in Europe.

You participate in the planning and implementation of the project rollout and gain insight into agile working methods.

You organize meetings, forums and workshops with various work packages of the project and with our European contacts.

You support the creation of presentations, decision templates and management reporting.

You support the maintenance of our team platforms like Confluence and JIRA.

You support the management of a Europe-wide transformation project and help to keep measures, risks and rollout activities transparent.

You create and structure documentation materials and thus contribute to making project results comprehensible and professional.

You get the opportunity to work regularly with management and project management levels.

You can bring your own ideas into implementation together with us.

You become part of a motivated, international and agile team.

The internship is provided as a compulsory internship within the framework of your studies. duration of internship at least 5-6 months.

You study economics, business management, business informatics, international business or a comparable degree course – ideally focusing on sales, marketing, controlling, management or digital business models.

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further foreign languages are a plus.

You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Advantages of Confluence and JIRA are advantages and help you quickly integrate into our project and documentation structures.

You work in a structured, analytical and independent way, bringing you a targeted and reliable way of working.

You enjoy teamwork, communication and international cooperation.

You are interested in sales, digital solutions and new technologies.

First practical experiences in project management, sales or marketing are of advantage, but no need.

You bring motivation, initiative and willingness to actively contribute to a Europe-wide transformation project.
