Maritim Hotel Bellevue is one of the leading hotels in Kiel. The hotel has 89 rooms and suites. Gastronomy is based on the traditional "Bellevue" restaurant and the cosy "Backbord Bar". At the largest event hotel in Kiel, the six banquet and conference rooms provide up to 700 people with versatility. The kitchen is of central importance for the entire hotel.

The tasks in the kitchen include:

(1) Execution of cleaning work in the kitchen, kitchen, refrigerated warehouses, material warehouses and other premises belonging to the area of responsibility according to individual or routine instructions, including participation in catering
