Multiannual experience in implementing technical automation with at least one of the tools (n8n, Python, Power Automate) Funded technical understanding of cloud environments (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud) as well as APIs, data structures and system integration Knowledge of building AI architectures (e.g. LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Chatbots, Agent systems) Experience in interdisciplinary consulting – You can also make complex technical topics understandable for non-technical technicians Change Management expertise – you always keep the company's goals in focus within the projects Analytical, structured working with pleasure in pragmatic, business-relevant solutions Flowing German (C1 or higher) and secure communication in the business environment
