Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

You are the first respondent to our national and international customers You are responsible for the telephone customer consultation and support and are actively involved in day-to-day business Ensure order registration You process proactively and independently incoming requests, complaints and differences by telephone and written correspondence You accept internal and external complaints and process them and advise customers You create evaluations for quality assurance and take over interface control as well as the further development and optimization of the processes

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or another commercial training You can have a relevant professional experience in logistics. Engaged cross-comers are also welcome! You have knowledge and experience in customer service You have a well-founded knowledge of English, further language skills are desirable We require the safe handling of the current MS Office programs and IT systems Your communication and telephone behavior is professional and customer-oriented. You appreciate the cooperation in a team and convince us by your commitment, binding appearance and conflictability, resilience and enforcement
