Work Planner (m/w/d) Pipeline Construction

Currently, we might be looking for you as a working preparation (m/w/d) in steel and pipeline construction

Technical work preparation Testing and evaluating isometries, R&I flow images, installation plans and material lists. Creating piece lists and workshop documents (e.g. pipe mirror, holder lists). selection of pipeline components, fittings, seals, etc. Determining welding sequences, prefabrication levels and required tests. Material management and procurement preparation Determination of material requirements and coordination with purchasing. Monitoring of material availability and delivery dates. Organisation of storage and output on production and assembly. Production and assembly planning Create work plans, schedules and schedules. Definition of construction sections, pre-assembly units and construction site logistics. Coordination with construction, production, QS, project management and, if necessary, subcontractors. Documentation & tracking Creating and guiding construction documentation (e.g. for welding documentation, test protocols). Progress control and deviation analysis. Support for follow-up management (technical justification, proof of quantity). Interface between departments Close cooperation with: o Engineering / Construction o Project Management o Purchasing o Quality Assurance o Assembly line Ensuring the information transfer between workshop, construction site and planning.

Requirements / competencies: Technical understanding in pipeline construction (materials, standards, manufacturing processes). Knowledge of isometry evaluation and technical regulations (e.g. EN 13480, AD 2000, ASME). Experience with tools like Navisworks, MS Project, Pipe-Builder, MS Office. Organizational design, structured working and communication skills.
