For Allianz Industrie 4.0 BW we are looking for an expert for Digital Business Models & Operational Stability – Allianz I4.0 Baden-Württemberg (m/w/d).

Allianz Industrie 4.0 BW is a platform initiated and sponsored by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, with its office at VDMA Baden-Württemberg. Their goal is to advance the digital transformation of the industrial middle class and to strengthen the innovative power of the industrial companies in “The Länd”. Together with our partners, we help companies to expand their resilience, anchor sustainability and focus on people. Our topics include human-centric transformation, human-technology collaboration, sustainability management, digital business models, operational stability and technology integration.

Identification, scouting, control and preparation of relevant topics for industrial companies Accompanying R&E projects and best practices (e.g. secure data spaces, ManufacturingX, Everything-as-a-service) Analysis of customer requests and planning and implementation of events and workshops Dissemination of results in events and fairs Building and maintenance of an expert network of industry, research, administration and politics

Completed study (technical, natural or economic) or comparable qualification First professional experience in industry, consulting or research Experience in the areas of BigData, IoT, Platform Management, Cybersecurity, Crisis Management and Supply Chain Enthusiasm for digitalization and initiative and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English Standing for occasional national missions
