For project use with one of our customers we are looking for you as

Tasks:

• Build and dismantle Microsoft SQL Server Clusters with AVG
• Individually responsible development of solutions on technical questions
• Participation in the creation of technical concepts
• Adapting DSC templates for automated deployment and testing
• Troubleshooting in Windows Servers / SQL Servers using Eventlogs, Errorlogs, Execution Plans, DB Query Store
• Creating and maintaining systems documentation
• Communication with manufacturers and internal customers (e.g. via ticket systems)
• Processing of standard requests in the MSSQL environment (e.g. databases, logins, users, query tuning)
• Creation of PowerShell modules and scripts to automate recurring tasks
• Integration of PowerShell modules in DSC (Desired State Configuration) and Ansible

Requirements:

• Multiannual professional experience with Microsoft-based system landscapes
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Enterprise and Windows Server in Active Directory environments
• Deep knowledge in the automation of DBA activities with PowerShell
• Knowledge with DSC and Ansible are advantageous
• Experience in operating virtualized database server with VMware
• Experience in Query Tuning and Performance Troubleshooting
• Safe handling of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Toolset)
• Very good German and good English skills

Occupation: 24 hours/week
