Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Coordination of the event catering team: In close cooperation with the event manager, you take responsibility for the operation of our catering events – from exclusive corporate events to major events. Planning & organisation: In close coordination with event management, project management and chef, you coordinate the entire course of events, ensure smooth implementation and monitor the logistical processes of material and goods transport. Quality & Process Management: You ensure that the highest standards are complied with, you develop processes and implement innovative service concepts – and you also keep an eye on the optimal storage, deployment and recycling of equipment. Staff management & coordination: You plan your personnel deployment, carry out training and motivate your team to create first-class gastronomic experiences, and at the same time ensure efficient up and downtime at events. Customer support & operative implementation: On site you are the central contact for the service area and ensure a professional, smooth run of events while you master logistical challenges.

Your profile: You have a successfully completed vocational training in the gastronomy, hotel industry or in event management and brings well-founded experience in managing event catering teams. Your heart beats for exclusive events – you understand creating unique gastronomic experiences for events of all sizes. Experience in the leadership and motivation of teams is of course for you – you encourage your team to work smoothly and inspire your team to top performance. You work structured, independent and have a high quality awareness – from planning to perfect implementation. Economic thinking, flexibility and resilience characterize you – even in stressful situations you keep a cool head. You have a valid class B driving license, ideally also a class C driving licence
