You are responsible for the entire range management of our hair and beauty accessories for the discount area and ensure an optimal balance between new product ideas and the further development of existing assortments You take on the role of purchasers and product managers at the same time – conduct price and award negotiations, optimise delivery times and quality, and get samples and certifications You implement new products efficiently, optimize existing articles and take into account customer, market, competition and legal requirements You develop innovative product and action ideas for our customers, plan new products proactively and ensure a smooth process You coordinate projects independently, monitor timings and meet decisions in the product realization process in close coordination You enter and control the product costing process, document all negotiations and provide correct product data at any time. You are analysing implemented actions, identifying trends and competitive potentials, performing store checks and trade fair visits and deriving clear recommendations for action You recognize new growth areas and take measures to achieve our growth goals

You have several years of experience in assortment management, ideally in a role that connects purchasing, product management and project management You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management and Design or a comparable qualification You are both creative ideas for new products and actions as well as pragmatic converters that efficiently controls processes and keeps timings You have profound knowledge of product development and master the entire product life cycle – from idea to successful market launch at the Point of Sale You work analytical and data-driven, you can start calculations safely and provide complete, error-free product data and reports You are strong in communication, team-oriented and secure in handling internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers Ideally, you have experience in working with certifications, legal requirements and international procurement markets
