Head of Division (m/w/d) – Augsburg/Oberottmarshausen Professional and disciplinary leadership of industrial employees Planning of the economic and demand-oriented employee use in 2-shift and their tasks Participation in recruiting employees and employee involvement and permanent training Monitoring processes, ensuring smooth processes Monitoring of quality, order processing and work results, as well as in the event of deviations, initiation of determination of causes, measures and documentation Measures to prevent damage and occupational safety Customer communication

Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable and ideally further training as a specialist/logistics master Relevant experience as leadership in warehouse and logistics Good knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. SAP, WMS, etc.) Understanding order processing, inventory and accounting Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Experience in handling customers and implementing customer requirements Quality understanding, sense of responsibility, enforcement and decision-making Knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. CVP, 5S) desirable Experiences with internal/external certifications and audits (IFS/BCS/DIN-ISO 19001/HAACP)
