Project Manager (m/f/d)

Leadership and coordination of project teams and simultaneous control of several complex projects Definition, planning and monitoring of project scope, milestones, resources, costs and quality objectives Ensuring smooth cooperation between engineering, manufacturing, construction management, assembly and testing technology Responsibility for project controlling including progress monitoring, reporting and initiation of countermeasures in case of deviations coordination, allocation and control of work packages to internal departments and ensuring the quality of results Active risk management and ensuring compliance with technical, legal and quality requirements

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable, as an alternative technical training with further training to the technician/master and relevant professional experience Funded knowledge of project management and the management of complex technical projects Representative leadership and communication skills as well as team-wide coordination skills High analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented working Technical understanding and experience in dealing with interdisciplinary project teams Safety and customer orientation, even in challenging project situations Knowledge of costing, auditing and risk management Very good German knowledge and good English skills
