Junior Operations Manager Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibility: You support the management and optimization of operational processes with the aim of high customer satisfaction. Team leadership with development perspective: You will accompany the warehouse team in the day-to-day business, support staff deployment planning and participate in coordination with service providers. Ensure efficiency: You support the control, monitoring and optimization of operational processes and pay attention to compliance with all statutory and internal work protection policies. Staff talks & Coaching: You support feedback talks and contribute to the individual development of the team. Responsibility: You support the site manager in the day-to-day operating business as well as organizational issues such as the team's holiday planning.

Qualification: completed studies, ideally in logistics, business management (BWL), economy (VWL) or a comparable qualification – alternatively a further training in the logistical field. Professional experience & first leadership experience: first to several years of experience in the operational logistics sector as well as first experience in the professional leadership or coordination of teams. Operational knowledge: Good knowledge of logistical processes as well as interest in topics such as lean management, pitfalls and continuous process optimization. Language competence: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Soft Skills: Communication strength, team capability and a safe occurrence are yours. Personal strengths: Analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a good understanding of operational key figures complete your profile.
