You take over the municipal building function for road, bridge and engineering works – from technically clearly structured measures to complex, publicly active large-scale projects (e.g. new and redesigning of central transport spaces, railway station environment, new building areas).

You take the tax on complex infrastructure projects independently and carry them through all phases of the HOAI – from planning to successful implementation at the construction site. With a clear view for the essentials, you can secure dates, costs and quality and create reliable structures for sustainable project success. As a central interface, you bring engineering offices, construction companies, authorities and utilities to a table and make sure that the vote will be real implementation. When it comes to funding, you pack up, gain financial margins and control the execution professionally and transparently. You will use your expertise in a targeted way by checking, evaluating and strategically developing structures according to DIN 1076. At the same time, you drive standards and processes forward, questioning existing structures that secure quality in the long term and make cooperation easier. You don't work exclusively on rendite-driven, but both-oriented – with a sustainable, lasting impact on urban development, traffic safety and quality of life.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Knowledge of road and engineering Security in dealing with VOB, HOAI, ZTV and municipal budget law Experience in project management, construction monitoring or contractor representation Negotiation and enforcement Structured, economic and solution-oriented operation Knowledge of funding law (e.g. GVFG/FAG) is a plus – but not a must.
